Located in Liverpool is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator supporting a busy team of Technicians.


Reporting to the Team Leader, some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Working closely with the field service technicians to coordinate & schedule daily service calls
  • Ordering parts to ensure work can be completed
  • Logging service jobs onto the system
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Liaising with clients to confirm service times / keep them updated on any changes or delays
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork and information is completed


To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience within a similar position where you were responsible for coordinating service calls and liaising with service techs – you love this type of work and understand how to prioritise one job over another depending on urgency
  • Excellent communication skills – you will be liaising with a wide array of customers so it’s essential you have fantastic comms and can communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong organisation skills with a brilliant work ethic – this is a great team and they all work hard to achieve results. The ideal candidate is someone who shares these values and has a genuine desire to do a really good job
