Located in Sydney’s Homebush/Lidcombe area is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service officer.


Reporting to the Operations Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Managing the workflow including scheduling and confirming services booked in with customers across multiple branches on a national level
  • Daily updates of service reports
  • Ensuring all service channels are sized appropriately
  • Communicating any relevant service issues to the appropriate Branch and Operations Managers
  • Call out allocations – maintaining efficiency at all times
  • Generating various reporting for the branches



To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within a similar position where you have managed the service routes and productivity for multiple branches, ideally on a national basis – you understand how to map out the work to maximise efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical skills – you can look at reports and work out where the inefficiencies are, and can confidently communicate that back to the relevant managers
  • A common sense approach to things with the ability to multi task – superior attention to detail is a must
  • Exceptional communication skills – you’re confident chatting to all manner of customer and internal stakeholder and you really enjoy building these kinds of relationships. You love being viewed as someone who knows what they’re doing and has the trust of those around them
