Located in Wetherill Park is an excellent opportunity for a candidate experienced in inbound/outbound telesales.


Reporting to the National Sales Manager, some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Outbound calls to existing accounts you have been allocated with the view to expand on product ranges and services
  • Reviewing inactive accounts – identifying opportunities to renew trading agreements
  • Seeking out new customer opportunities
  • Managing the proposal process with the customer
  • Encouraging customers to use E-Commerce platforms
  • Reviewing customer margin performance – always seeking out opportunities to improve overall margins
  • Ensuring any reporting required is prepared within expected timeframes



To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience within a similar role – you are one of those people who loves sales. You have that really nice mix of sales and likeability and enjoy the challenge of bringing an old / inactive customer account back to life
  • The kind of personality that is driven and resilient yet you’re also friendly – you push just hard enough to get the sales without putting the customer off
  • Experience selling products within the industrial packaging, building or electrical supplies industries would be fantastic
  • Superior communication – it’s vital that you are articulate and have the ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong admin skills – you enjoy the reporting sides of things and have great attention to detail. You’re also very comfortable working out costings and margins
  • A great attitude – you love working within a team environment and have a strong work ethic
